Wow, I live in one of the few states that’s both pink and stripey.
Is this for real? Wow. It’s 2013, come on USA get it together…
Is it any surprise that we have a higher teen pregnancy rate than anyone else in the developed world?
Unfortunately, in the states that aren’t stripey, sex education in school often sounds like this: “Don’t have sex. Here are various horrible things that will happen to you if you have sex. Oh, and birth control doesn’t work very well, so just don’t have sex.”
No surprise at all. It’s sad, though,
